How to Test if Canopy Filtering is Active (Browser Check)

If you want to quickly confirm that Canopy is actively filtering browsing on your device, you can use our safe test page.
Quick Test Steps
  1. Open any browser on your device (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
  2. Go to:
    https://testcanopy.com/
  3. Check what appears on the screen

Expected Result

When opening the test page, one of the following will appear:

  • Canopy block page

    This means Canopy filtering is active on your device

  • “Canopy's filter is not active on your device”

    This means browsing is currently not being filtered

    Make sure Canopy is activated, either on the web Dashboard or the Canopy app.
