How do I cancel my plan using App store?
We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your plan purchased from the Apple App store, follow these steps:
Important: Cancelling the plan does not deativate the filter on your protected devices, you must remove Canopy Shield before the subscription is out of date. If you do not, internet connection may be interrupted.
- Open Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Find Canopy on the list and tap to select it.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
