How do I cancel my Canopy subscription?
We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your Canopy subscription, please follow the steps below.
Important: Cancelling the account does not deativate the filter on your protected devices, you must remove Canopy Shield before the subscription is out of date. If you do not, internet connection may be interrupted.
- Open the Canopy app on your mobile device or log in to your Canopy web dashboard.
- Navigate to the Account Settings menu. On the app, you’ll find it by pressing the menu button in the upper left corner of your screen. On the web dashboard, you’ll find it by pressing the account button in the upper right corner of the screen.
- Select Edit Details on the Account Settings page.
- Select click here under Your Plan section to proceed with cancellation.
- Approve you action and your subscription will be cancelled
If you purchased your subscription via the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, you will need to cancel it in the App Store or Play Store. To learn more about how to cancel or change your subscriptions in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refer to the following support articles:
