We’re sorry to see you go! If you need to cancel your Canopy subscription, follow the steps below.

Important Note:

Canceling your subscription does not deactivate the filter on your protected devices. Before your subscription expires, ensure Canopy Shield is removed from all protected devices. Otherwise, your internet connection may be interrupted.

Canceling a Subscription Purchased via the Canopy Website or App

1. Access Your Account Settings:

   • Open the Canopy app on your mobile device or log in to the Canopy web dashboard.
   • Navigate to the Account Settings menu:
     • Mobile App: Tap the menu button (☰) in the upper-left corner.
     • Web Dashboard: Click the account icon in the upper-right corner.

2. Edit Your Plan:

   • On the Account Settings page, locate the Your Plan section and select Edit Details.

3. Cancel Your Subscription:

   • Click the Click Here link under the Your Plan section to initiate cancellation.
   • Confirm your action to finalize the cancellation process.

Canceling a Subscription Purchased via the App Store or Google Play

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must cancel it directly through the respective store:

• Apple App Store: Click here to cancel your plan via the App Store.
• Google Play Store: Click here to cancel your plan via Google Play.
