We’re sad to see you go! To cancel your plan purchased from Google Play Store, follow these steps:
Important: Cancelling the plan does not deativate the filter on your protected devices, you must remove Canopy Shield before the subscription is out of date. If you do not, internet connection may be interrupted.
Open the Google Play Store.
Tap the profile icon at the top right.
Select Payment & Subscriptions.
Select Subscriptions.
Find and tap Canopy subscription.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
