How do I change my Plan?

To change your current plan, open the Canopy Dashboard on a desktop or Mobile Browser and navigate to the Account Settings section :
Please note: Currently, changing plans is not supported in the Canopy app.
  1. Click Account Settings:
  2. Click Edit Details:
  3. Click Change Plan:
  4. When prompted, choose a new Plan:
  5. Click Continue, and select a new payment method, or keep the one you have used for the current plan:
  6. Click Continue. If you chose to change payment method, you will be prompted to enter new details, if you chose to use the same method, changes will be approved:
