If you don’t remember your password, follow these steps to reset your password and regain access to your account:

1. Go to Canopy’s login page.
2. Press Forgot your password? Reset. It will appear below the “Log In” button.
3. Enter the email address you used to create the account and press Send Recovery Email. This will send you an email with a temporary link that will allow you to reset your password. If you can’t locate the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
4. Check your email inbox. In the email, press Click Here to Reset Your Password.
5. Enter and confirm your new password, then press Reset Password. Please note, your password should have at least 6 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter.
