My Email app won't load new content, what can I do?

Sometimes on iOS devices, the mail app may show an error in loading new content.
This can happen as a result of using any VPN, in cases the device isn't using a "Privecy Relay Sync" that is setup in the settings app.
This issue can be resolved by setting up the Privacy Relay sync:
  1. Open Settings app on your iPhone/iPad.
  2. Select Data or WiFi, depending on which connection you are currently using.

  3. Tap the "i" icon next to the current connection.

  4. Turn on Privacy Relay by tapping Toggle button.

  5. Now go back to your home screen and swipe up to access the app drawer.
  6. Find the open Email app and close it. this should resolve the "Your network settings prevents content from loading privately" issue.
