How do I use Content Categories?

Canopy's Content Categories can be used to block or allow entire categories of apps and websites. To customize the Content Categories your shield has access to, follow these steps:

1. Open the Canopy for Parents app or log in to the web dashboard

2. Select the shield whose Content Categories you wish to customize. 

3. Click Device Settings.

4. Choose categories tab, select a category, and choose whether it should be allowed or blocked. By default, all categories are set to allowed.
