Deleting your account will permanently remove all account details and any associated data. This action cannot be undone.

Deleting your account is not required for uninstalling Canopy from a device or canceling a subscription.
Before Requesting Account Deletion
Before we can proceed with deleting your account, please make sure that Canopy has been removed from all protected devices associated with your account.
Once all devices are unprotected, you may submit an Account Deletion Request.
How to Request Account Deletion
After removing Canopy from all protected devices, please contact our assistant and clearly state that you are requesting account deletion.
Be sure to include the email address or username associated with your Canopy account.
Important Notice
Account deletion may take up to 5 business days to complete.
